Who we are
Dream Guardians is an independent game project. The data controller is the operator of this website (contact: see the bottom of this page).
What we collect
- Account: e-mail address, account name, a hash of your password (never the password itself), account creation and last login time.
- Game data: your characters and their progress (level, items, quests, achievements), shown publicly in rankings and the armory under the character name.
- Security logs: IP address and browser/game client name for logins and important account actions, kept to protect your account and the game.
Why
- To run your account and the game (contract).
- To keep the game secure and fair, e.g. against stolen accounts or cheating (legitimate interest).
- To send you account e-mails such as confirmation and password reset. We do not send marketing e-mails.
Who else sees it
Only our hosting and e-mail providers, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data. Character names, levels and equipment are public in rankings and the armory.
How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account (Account → Delete account), your account and characters are removed immediately; security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO). Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work: your login session and a security token for forms. No tracking or advertising cookies.
